Benchmark’s menus feature local cuisine that is refined yet approachable. The dining menus offer a new American approach, influenced by Southern California’s eclectic culinary taste. We feature seasonal plates ranging from shared plates or “for the table” to hearty entrees– all of which are meant to be enjoyed by the whole table.
