September 22, 2023 – Benchmark Restaurant had a fabulous time at Orange Coast magazine’s inaugural Fiesta Tequila event at The Park @ Lakeshore Irvine. While guests sipped on premium tequilas, the Benchmark team served up some delectable bites, including a Chicken Mole Enchilada Tostada + a Togarashi Blackened Shrimp Tostada.
